To fix the problem-

1.  Insert your Rollercoaster tycoon disk
2. Right click on it
3. select OPEN (do not run)
4. copy all files in a folder,
5. In the folder “american” present in the folder copied from disk there is a file called RCT. Select  file and then right click on this file and select the create shortcut option on the desktop  rename shortcut to Rollercoaster Tycoon

You need to keep the disk inserted

1. Right click on the disk and then open and then in American, Find RCT file and then run.

If this doesn’t work, repeat the same steps and go back to “Compatibility” tab.
