Hi, I don’t have a lot of knowledge about computer am getting a not secure and SSL certificate error when I go to a website.
Please help me with the certificate error, and tell me how to fix it?

Solution for invalid SSL certificate error
There can be a few reasons why the browser decides to flash the invalid SSL certificate error message on our screens. Few reasons for this error and ways to fix it are as follows:
- If the SSL certificate of a web page is not registered or is not valid, then whenever someone accesses the website, their browser will flash this error on the screen.
- The certificate might be illegal or not valid.
- The expiry date of the certificate should be kept in mind and should be renewed accordingly.
- If the certificate structure is broken then this error occurs.
- Hence it is necessary to take the certificate from trusted Certificate Authorities (CA) like Symantec, Thawte, Comodo, etc. to avoid any security warnings from browsers.
- Check the antivirus and disable the option saying” SSL scanning”.
