Software to unlock registry entries on windows 7

Hello Kate Kknisely,

You can easily gain full access into your system registry entries. Please follow the steps below :

> Click start and type 'regedit' (without quotes) in the search box.

> The registry program will come up. Right-click and run as administrator.

> Press Edit and select Permissions from the menu.

> The Permissions dialogue box will appear and click Advanced option.

> Switch to the Owner tab in the Advanced security settings dialogue.

> Select Administrators, check the 'Replace owner on subcontainers and objects' box and Apply.

> Switch to the Permissions tab.

> Click Add and select Administrators to the Permission entries. Allow full control. (Press Yes if any window pops up)

> Check 'Replace all child objects permissions with inheritable permissions from this object' and press Ok.

> Back in the Permissions dialogue box add Administrators to the Group or user names. Allow Full Control and click Ok.

Now you will have full control over the registry entries. If you want to unlock registries by using tools then download the Registry Permission Tool. Hope this helps.

Best regards.
