Software for renaming all programs in Windows 7

Hello experts,

Is there a way to get an access renaming program? I am using windows 7 starter operating system and it seems like the operating system is strict on renaming system programs. What is the best way to rename all my programs in the computer? And also explain all the risks that may happen.

Yes, quite true, Windows 7 has got into some strict management when it comes to tinkering with system files. The basic explanation for this is that it is intended to make your system more stable and away from accidental modifications.

But if you are sure of what you are doing and really need to make some editing on system files, you can scout for registry entries that would allow you to take "ownership" of system folders. By claiming ownership, access becomes open. Just google the phrase "take ownership registry entry" and try out the results.
