A software for my weekly report template for cafeteria?

Hello techyv.com,

I have here a cafeteria business in my hometown, and I can't seem to find a way on how will I monitor my funds as there were no list of my spending and earnings. So I was planning to jot it down in a computer software.

Please suggest me a software for my weekly report template for the cafeteria? My PC is Windows 7 32 bits.
