I am seeking for your recommendations on what software can systematize regression testing. This is for Windows 7 Phone application. Can someone please help me?

The regression tests can me systematized e.g. in TaskManager system – http://taskmanager.cz. This is a software which is available for small fee (around $8 per month) or there exists 1-month free version will full functionality. You don't need to install anything on your workstation as this system runs in cloud (SaaS – Software as a service) and you can be sure you will not lose your data as there is an automatic backup running every night.
This system will allow you to have all the test cases in one secure place – available after login. You can specify additional users which can log into the system and you can assign them into roles. What more – you can define additional roles (and their rights) for yourself so there could be Test managers, Test team leader and Testers.
You can put related test cases into test case groups – the system supports it and you can create multi-level groups, e.g.:
Group1 -> Subgroup1 -> test case1, test case2, test case3
Group1 -> Subgroup2 -> test case4, test case5
Group2 -> test case6
You can even use drag & drop for moving test cases from one group to another.
Assigning the test cases to users, monitoring the progress and automatic reporting is included, of course.
TaskManager system is compliant with all major browsers like IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome.
