I keep my Smartphone synchronized with laptop so that I have back up option some time when I need to. But now I'm unable to Sync my mobile data with laptop I don't know why. I tried to synchronize many times but nothing happened so please tell me what shall I do now to sync data appropriately in my PC again.

Generally, if the sync is not working, since your phone being a smart phone, you could back up all the contacts to Google or to other cloud solutions available.
Coming back to your problem of syncing with the PC, try the following steps
(a) Update sync software on the PC
(b) Ensure drivers for the mobile are present on the PC
(c) Ensure that the cable you are using to connect is defect free
(d) lastly play around with the modes of your phone when connected to a USB port.
You might find a solution in these four steps.
The problem there is probably with the software you are using to sync your device with your computer. If you are using an Apple iPhone Smartphone or any other iOS device, always make sure you are using the latest iTunes to sync your device with your computer. Download the latest iTunes and install it to upgrade the existing version. This should fix any sync-related issue with your device.
Also, check that the USB cable you are using is still working. If your device doesn’t sync, try transferring your USB cable to another USB port and try again. If you have a Samsung Smartphone, you need to install Samsung Kies so you can sync your device with your computer.
If you have a BlackBerry Smartphone, you need to install either the BlackBerry Desktop Software or the BlackBerry Link. If your BlackBerry Smartphone runs on BlackBerry 7.1 or earlier operating system, you need to download the BlackBerry Desktop Software. But if your BlackBerry Smartphone runs on BlackBerry 10, you need to download the BlackBerry Link.
