Smartphone freezes when connected to PC

Hi there,

I have a LG G2 Smartphone which  looses sensitivity when I connect it with my Computer, the screen becomes unresponsive and am forced to disconnect it  for it to start functioning again correctly, I cannot text or answer a call when hooked to a PC, what could  be the problem with my phone and how can i solve it?

Smartphone freezes when connected to PC

Your phone seems have compatibility problem with your PC. Which OS version you're using i.e., Windows 8, Win 7 etc. ?

I'd recommend you to uninstall drivers and reinstall it back again and see if this time your Mobile won't throws any issues. To uninstall drivers, Go to disk management and find your Mobile/ Smart Phone drivers under USB Devices list. Once uninstalled, restart your PC back again and let the system automatically finds and install the driver for your mobile. 

If that didn't helps you, You should seek for another PC and see if the same things happen again. If so, try to change the USB cable / Connector as it might have high chances of getting damaged. You can ask manufacturer for its replacement or visit any near by store to get it replaced.
