I have been using SmartMovie converter for some months now. I never had problem with this software ever since.
But Recently I am getting the following error message for some of my movie files.
Other movies still get converted without any problem.
Can someone tell me the reason why this is happening?

You can fix the error that you are getting by using remote share. Use the following procedure to connect to the remote share.

First make sure that you are able to access the shared location that has the SmartMovie Converter App on the remote computer.

After that, you will need to check that the Server service is running on the source machine:

Just click Start and then Run, and the type services.msc and then click OK.

You should see the Server service in the services console. Make sure that the status is Started.

In case the service is not started, you will need to right-click on the service and then click Start

After that, you will need to disable any firewalls, the User Access Control or any Simple File sharing on the remote Windows guest operating system.Â

And then you will copy the Converter Agent Installer manually from the source computer to the remote computer and after that install the Converter agent.
