I’m using group mailbox in Lotus notes and I want that each queries to have a color coded flag so it will be easy to identify and handle. Can you please help me on how to do it?

If you need to change the mode of the color for the outlook mailboxes, then you will need to do that from the outlook settings. Just access the tools and then go to the settings and look for an option that will allow you to customize the colors to fit the mode that you want, with a color coded flag and see if that will help you.
You can also try customizing the look of the mailboxes from the visual basic application editor which you can access by simply pressing alt+11 on your keyboard. You will need to create a VBA module that will handle that functionality in case you choose to use the VBA editor.
