Can any one explain me the simple and easiest methos for estimating the software testing efforts.

I am working on website testing project which follows the agile development model. I do not have formal requirement / technical documents available. I do only have simple one liner requirements specified and functionalities that will be implemented. Based on that i have to provide the testing estimations. Kindly suggest.

Simple and easiest Testing effort estimation techniques.

If you want to do a perfect testing process the formal requirement documents are essential. But in this case you have to use what ewer you have to make your work successful. So this project is also developed on the agile development method. so ongoing project is more close with the customer than other method. The use requirements can be change randomly because of agile method.

So the best thing is to go with the current system.

You had functionalities that will be implemented in the process. So test each of the functionality to see whether they work as written without much considering the recruitment specification.

 

In my knowledge that is the best thing to do.
