SIM Card slot in Dell’s Laptop.

I am using Dell XPS laptop L401X, recently while checking my battery I realized that my laptop has a big SIM card slot, I have tried to use it, but can't do successfully, do you have any suggestions to use it, because I could not find anything helpful on Dell's Official website. Is this slot is really meant to use SIM card it Laptop or anything else?

SIM Card slot in Dell’s Laptop.

That is not a SIM card slot you found on your Dell XPS 14-L401X laptop. I guess that is the 9-in-1 media card reader. You can use it to access memory cards. If you have a memory card, insert it on the memory card reader and you can open its contents on your computer.
