Setting a private calendar on MS Outlook

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2007 with Exchange Server 2003 configured in it. I have created a shared calendar in Outlook and included it as a resource by modifying the Outlook appointment form. The shared calendar should accept all the appointments that are sent out.

The procedure works fine in cases of normal appointments. The problem however arises in cases of private appointments; when a user is sending a private appointment and another user is viewing the shared calendar in the peoples’ calendar.

This person will be able to view the private appointment sent by the first user but without the sender’s name. Due to this issue I am unable to use the private appointment feature.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

This what your going to do first begin by opening the ms office  then from the file option your going to select then select “new” option to create an  appointment  first then you will find the option of subject as second following that order  include the subject.

After which the location box is going to appear fill in the location as well then select  the start time of your choice and the end time as well then click on the save option in order to save the appointment after which then On the Appointment tab, in the Options group, click Private.
