Hello. We are using a dedicated Linux server. My problem is it gets down every hour. The server notification usage is from green to red. The Server health parameter "Services Apache CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "yellow. Can you please advise on how I can fix this?

The server usage notification is the place to start working. I think you should lower the cutoff you have set for server usage notification, to somewhere between 55% to 65% so that you get notified well in advance.
Next is to identify, why the usage is so high to cause a shutdown. The issue is straight forward in terms of overload, check your hardware resources vis-a-vis page loads to bandwidth. Once this analysis is done, the second change of status would also get rectified.
