Send a wireless signal to the other computer

Hallo there,

I am experiencing with a wireless router, does the computer have to be on? Moreover, does it have to send a wireless signal to the other computer? This is my most pressing questions.

Send a wireless signal to the other computer

Yes dear, you have to keep on your computer and you have to send wireless signals to other computers. Also make sure wireless router is working. If the central computer is off then other computers cannot connect to the network. If you do not send wireless signal connection is not possible because the wireless signals works as connecting media.

Send a wireless signal to the other computer

You need not to set up a central computer to be able to send wireless signals unless you have set up a peer to peer connection. Wireless routers have its own power cord to be able to operate by itself. You can however set up your computer to transmit wireless signal. All you need to do is to configure it as an access point.
