Search in Row Table Excel 2007

In the header row made in a table in Excel 2007, I have a cell named ‘Name’ which contains the people’s names.

When I try to search for an individual’s name, the header row filter shows me other names at the bottom.

After I go back and I choose ‘Select all’, some of the rows at the bottom remain hidden.

Is anyone willing to give me a solution?

Hello John

This may be because you do not have an outline created in your table.

You can create an outline that will display summary rows/columns or reveal data for each group.

how to create them and what they do.
