Hi there. I need some help. I have a Seal USB TV dongle for watching digital TV on my laptop. I just plug the dongle on a USB slot. Just today, I launch Seal but I'm only having a black screen. I also receive the "hardware not detected" error. What could be the problem? My laptop is on Windows 7. Please help with the Seal USB dongle.

You are receiving " hardware not found " error. This Error means that your Dongle is not connecting with Laptop. So after connecting dongle to the laptop , Go to My Computer and then Open the Dongle drive and Install the Drive from the Drive If available. Or If you don't find any driver then Search them on internet. There is a different driver for each dongle. Driver is the Only Thing which is troubling you to connect your dongle.Â
If you Give the Dongle Company and Model number then I will find driver for you. If this solution doesn’t work then there is something wrong with your Dongle so Take it to the Nearer Shop from where you bought it. If it is under Warrant then they will replace it for free.

Nice talking to you, you are simply experiencing non device detection. You could do this solution to your problem.
A. Disconnect first the USB device from your laptop.
B. Restart your laptop and cold booting it again by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE
C. Once your laptop start it again connect again the Seal USB.
