I'm getting an error on my machine. It says, "SDTray.exe – System Error. Rtl150.bpl is missing, the program must be reinstalled." I don't know where this error is coming since I have deleted some programs recently because I need to free up some space on my computer. And those programs are the ones that I am having issues with so I have deleted it. Can someone please tell me what to do with it? Am I infected with some virus? Thank you.

SDTray.exe is associated with Spybot and can be found within the app folder on your Program Files. rtl150.bpl is a runtime library. You can be able to resolve this if you will try to re-install Spybot. And, other antivirus and anti malware programs can also remove each components if they found some virus signatures from them.
