I have connected my Phone to my PC and this error code appeared when I tried to open the suite to gain full access at my apps. I don’t really know what it means or what is causing it but I cannot access my data. Any solution for this ? How can I gain back my access ?

I think what it means is that the handset connected to your PC is not supported and your phone software cannot identify your handset. If this is a fresh installation of the application, make sure your mobile phone is supported. If you forgot to check, visit the download page again and check the program’s supported devices. You should see your handset among the supported devices.

If you can’t see your phone’s model then your phone is not supported. Uninstall the phone software and find another application that supports your mobile phone.
