My laptop has been with me for more than three years but yesterday when I turned on my HP Pavilion dv2000, the screen started beeping; I thought this is going to be ok in a while, but it is still not working. Do I have to get the screen replaced??

Screen Beeping Problem Of HP Pavilion Dv2000

Usually, a series of short beeps is confusing for the user to figure, but they might indicate memory failure in the first one-fourth kb of operational memory. This issue can be fixed if the RAM is taken out and reinserted, if the beep error persists, you might be required to change the RAM of the device. You can also try pulling out one memory stick and reinstalling it, this should reset your memory, and the issue should resolve. Also, the DV series has some serious overheating issues so that might also be the case sometimes.
