Scanning error with HP scanjet 4600 series

Hello friends,

I am searching for some suggestion from you. I have a HP scanjet 4600 series scanner, but when I scan any documents it comes with some green lines on the scanned documents. I think the scanning LED got some problem. Any suggestions please?

Scanning error with HP scanjet 4600 series

Hi, Well its not a Scanning LED Problem basically there are two main reason for this firstly you should configure you scanner settings to go to settings in scanner panel window in setting check scan mode and scan resolution.

If you are scanning an image then set scanner resolution to super fine and set your Image as JPEG image also because sometimes it becomes resolution break problem which shows green lines on the boarders and different parts of images & Text also.

Secondly you should check your Scanner driver have you install the correct driver for you scanner or a compatible driver if you are with compatible driver then go to http://www.drivers.com and upgrade the scanner driver from this website.
