Samsung Galaxy s2 disable touchwiz method

My sister got a Samsung Galaxy S2. She doesn't like the touchwiz option embedded in it.  I hope there will be galaxy s2 disable touchwiz methods available, using which the annoying Interface could be disabled and Android default UI maybe restored. Anyone tried any of the methods. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hello Amy Bate,

 

Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to disable Touchwiz, and if you remove it completely you will not be able to connect to Kies. There are two options for you, you can install a launcher such as Go Launcher or Launcher Pro and replace Touchwiz, or in order to disable Touchwizz you will have to root your phone. My friend was also facing the same problem, as the Samsung SII interface is not so much liked by others. Since there is no option available on the device to remove basic touchwiz interface, you should download other interfaces. There are so many interface launchers available on Android market, like Nova Launcher, GO launcher, Windows-8 interface, SPB Shell, etc. You can easily download and install any on your device. As I am using Nova Launcher, I can say about it, this launcher gives interface exactly similar to Icecream Sandwich interface. Nova launcher is user friendly also.
