Samsung Blu ray won’t connect to the internet

I have a Samsung Blu ray it won’t connect to the internet. I tried to connect it with wire, but the problem is same it is unable to connect to the internet. I changed the cable, but the problem remains the same. Is,  there is a problem with the Samsung Blu ray, or with my internet connection? But I checked by connecting other devices and it worked well.

Samsung Blu ray won’t connect to the internet

No, it does not look like you have a problem with your internet connection as it work well with the other device. Try to restore the Samsung Blu ray and then check that the problem is solved or not. If the problem remains, then change the your IP address by going into the setting of your Samsung Blu ray and give the different IP addresses. And also change the DNS setting. And the problem will be solved. If the problem remain then the problem might be with your device give it check with the Samsung center and they will configure it manually it there is a problem with the setting.
