If this error happens after burning your media on the disc then it is possible that your previous disc burning session damaged the content. This problem normally happens and can never be avoided because when the application starts burning and writing the media to the disc there will be no human intervention in between while it is in progress.

The status of success of the whole process is all up to the program. When the program stops for no reason in the middle of the process your disc will become unusable and if you try burning again you need another disc for the project. In your case, I think, when you burn the disc it didn’t finish successfully or maybe it ended up incomplete but was still able to finish.

If this is the case, you need to burn the media to another blank disc again. If the disc was supposedly a copy of a video DVD, make sure you burn the entire DVD and not the files only. When making a copy of a video DVD, the best way to make the copy successful is to first create a disc image of the source video DVD disc.

After creating the image, you need to burn that image to a blank disc and when burning it you should burn it as an image and not as a file because they are different. You may also try upgrading your program to Toast Titanium 11.1. Visit Toast Titanium 11.1 on Soft32.
