Hello,

During the installation of drivers from the CD provided by Motherboard this error came up and stopped the processes. Is a new motherboard and I was expected that no error appears and I thought that everything will work just fine. Can anyone tell me what this error means and why I have it ?

Thank you !

Hello There,

Try this work around

Go to the command line and run "afudos myfile.rom /x". x switch is meant to bypass all checks and meets purpose.

But ensure that you have the right bios file before you flash. If not very sure then you can take dump of your current bios chip from afudos with the /o option. Once backup is there , you can freely modify the existing bios. Because, you can always roll back to the basic. However, as you bought it afresh, you should contact vendor asking clarifications for such shipping.
