Robotic library hardware error message

I work on computer many hours per day but there is a problem that I am Unable to perform Sony or Spectralogic robotic library operations with Backup Exec for Windows Servers 9.x and above. So please anyone tell me what shall I do to solve this problem. I get this error message.

Robotic library hardware error message

Hi dear,

This is Gordstive, I have a solution for you.

I suggest you when you perform in the library which do not look perfectly, like inventory, label media, erase, or catalog etc, or when you see multiple errors reported for library.

These type of errors occur when media is mount and dismount in right way. So Backup Exec is a thing have a registry key which allow to perform in a correct way. To make it function able do these right things.

Firstly quit it.

Than start BEUtility and select  the BE(Backup Exec) media server.

Now click on stop services and start REGEDT32, than browse HKey_Local_Machine/Sofrware/VERITAS/ADAMM.

Now change the value of ERLTDR 0 -1. After it quit the REGEDT32 and also start the task services.
