Revit 2012 Project Neon Rendering Service Error Message

Hello,

When I am trying to go online with Project Neon I get the following error message:

 

A problem occurred.  The rendering service could not complete your request.  <An authentication error occurred.>

Need your help to solve this. Thanks in advance

Revit 2012 Project Neon Rendering Service Error Message

Hey Maisie bewell!

You have to follow these steps to solve the problem.

1. First of all you have to log out from Revit and also make sure that you are logged out from Project Neon.

2. Now clear the Temporary internet files and web Cache from you internet browsers. Every browser has different way to clear the private data. Normally you have to click on "Tools" buttons and then "Clear Private data" or" delete temporary files". Depends on the browser.

3. After deleting the temporary internet files, you have to login the Project Neon

4. After that you can login the Revit. But here, for Project Neon & Revit, you have to use the same login.
