It also observed that windows 7 give that type of problem through an installation of internet explorer 10

And it gives that error message. But you should be still able to run Kaspersky. If it is not working then download an older version.

Also, ensure that you download the latest path of Kaspersky server.

And you can also do one thing uninstall and again reinstall it. It automatically removes that problem.

Since the problem is with your Kaspersky antivirus, the only thing you can do is reinstall the program. Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware 2.0.0. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select Kaspersky from the list. Click “Uninstall” then follow the instructions. After uninstalling, download CCleaner and install it.

Once installed, run CCleaner and clean your system. Restart your computer and then install Kaspersky back. See if this works. If you want to register CCleaner, download CCleaner Registration Codes and follow the instructions. If the problem continues, check if your subscription has expired. In case your subscription has expired, try renewing. More often when an antivirus program expires, it automatically disables itself.

Kaspersky antivirus renew license

I notice it with my Norton Internet Security before when its subscription expired, it disabled itself. To renew your license, click Kaspersky from the system tray to bring up the interface then click “Renew” and then follow the instructions.
