Since the problem is with your Kaspersky antivirus, the only thing you can do is reinstall the program. Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware 2.0.0. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select Kaspersky from the list. Click “Uninstall” then follow the instructions. After uninstalling, download CCleaner and install it.

Once installed, run CCleaner and clean your system. Restart your computer and then install Kaspersky back. See if this works.
