Reset my iPhone on iTunes

Hi,

I accidentally reset my iPhone on iTunes and I have no contact or purchases in iTunes. Looking in the library, I still see my recent purchases in my account .

If any one can help me, thank you in advance.

Reset my iPhone on iTunes

If you go through the terms and conditions before purchasing music from the iTunes store, it says there that it is the user’s responsibility to backup their iTunes purchases.

When I had this problem in the past, I tried to fill up the form found in this site Link to ask the people from Apple for me to download again the music that I purchased.

The request I made was granted by Apple and they remind me to back up the file.

Please note that downloading the purchased songs won’t restore the songs that you imported from your own CDs or MP3s.
