Why am I receiving error when running MS Outlook?

The error is a Security Alert stating that the “Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others.

However, there is a problem with the site’s security certificate.” I am thinking that this error may be due to an expired SSL certificate but I don’t know how to get the certificate and renew it.

Can anyone please help?

Renew an Expired SSL Certificate

In case on your network you are using a Cisco network equipment for instance, then it is possible that you can disable the listen to TCP Port 443 (HTTPS), and to do that you will need to use the following command: "no ip http secure-server".

It also recommended that you consulate the vendor documentation, and once you have done that then you can apply new settings that you may have.

Another thing you will need to do is to use the "NSLOOKUP" command so as to verify  the correct DNS settings for the record that follows: autodiscover.yourdomainname.com
