Delete/Remove Dead Domain Controller from the Active Directory in just three  following steps:
1) Open Active Directory Users and Computers under this section, go to Domain Controller then select the Dead Server.

2) Right-click on the dead server and select delete.

3) Click yes to confirm, and the DC will be deleted.

By following these three simple and easy steps, Dead or failed Domain Controller (DC) will be deleted from the Active Directory.
