Reliance Netconnect - Network Connection Prompt

Hi,

The problem is with my Reliance Netconnect. I received an error frequently.

It is indicating that the connection to the remote computer cannot be established.

Have a look at the error message below. If you have any idea regarding the issue, please help.

Hi Hall Allen,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, to solve your problem please follow the following steps:

1. First of all please check whether you are able to make VPN connection without UMTS card or not.

2. Now reset PPTP and L2TP WAN miniport. You can reset these ports by typing following command in the command prompt one at a time.

Netcfg -u MS_L2TP

Netcfg -u MS_PPTP

Netcfg -l %windir%infnetrast.inf -c p -i MS_PPTP

Netcfg -l %windir%infnetrast.inf -c p -i MS_L2TP

Now reboot your computer and see if it works or not.
