I have thousands of movies and I want them burnt/written without me necessarily being present. Now,is it possible for me to create a database of the movies such that I will be able to know the number and particular movies that were burnt in a day just by receiving say a Nero file from its registry that cannot be tampered with and can possibly be password-ed by me from my worker that contains the reference signature(# and particular movies burnt that day/update) through an email address for verification? If not, could there be another software that can do this? Please help!

Due to your situation you may consider a need to secure and distribute a Microsoft Access database which will contain MS Access VBA code. This protects the database from edits by restriction to the database users at the same time allowing users to process their data as normal and usual as possible. The MDE removes all editable source codes and at the same time compacting the database. The resulting MDE file allows the database users to be able to perform the usual database operations prohibiting any changes from being made to the objects that support it. All in all you will have to consider both the advantages and disadvantages before making the decision on whether to use this mode or another.
