Red Giant Knoll Light crashes when I try to save my effect

Hi guys.  I just installed Red Giant Knoll Light 3.0 on my desktop.  I have already created my 3D lighting effect but when I try to save it, the program crashes.  What could be the problem?  My desktop has an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, 1 GB GeForce Graphics Card and Windows 7 64 bit.

Red Giant Knoll Light crashes when I try to save my effect

Hi Donna,

                Often application with heavy graphics crash when the video card is not compatible with it. Heavy graphics software would have its own system requirements. You have to make sure that your graphics card passes the minimum system requirements. 1GB RAM for a graphics card is more than enough for a heavy graphics software to work. You can also update your windows and the flash player needed for a program to work as well.
