The problem here is that you did not post the error message you received. Anyway, since the problem happened after installing an application, you need to uninstall the program you installed and fix the error in the registry. Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it. Once installed, start Revo then select the application you installed that caused the error.

Click “Uninstall” then follow the instructions to completely remove everything the program created on your computer. Once it is finished, download CCleaner and install it. Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system and then restart your computer. After this, download PC Tools Performance Toolkit. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it.

Once installed, start PC Tools then go to “Performance” tab and click “Clean Your Registry”.

PC Tools clean registry

On the next screen, make sure “Complete Registry Scan” is selected then click “Start Scan” then wait until it is finished. Once it is complete, close PC Tools then restart your computer. Try installing back the application and see if it works. Also, before reinstalling the program, make sure your computer meets the requirements. Check the system requirements of the program before installing it.
