Hello,

I am using a Windows System with Movie Edit Pro installed in the same.During an attempt to record via the device, I am instructed to reconfigure  48000khz to 192000.

I am absolutely clueless as to why that should be achieved. The exact message is given below.

The recording device does not support the selected audio sample rate (48000 Hz),open the recording format settings dialog by clicking on "Configuration', and set the following audio sample rate: 96000,96000 [Hz]

Don't show this message again"

Kindly suggest.

Hello Grace,

Well in your case. I do suggest that you go to your MAGIC Movie Edit Pro and find the settings or configuration of the program, set the following audio sample rate to 96000[hz] as what the error message conveys. But if you cannot find 96000[hz] in the software, there must be a compatibility problem. The audio sample rate is not supported by the magic movie edit pro software. Try to install a latest version with all the compatibility measures including the audio sample rate that supports 96000[hz] to avoid interruptions with your recording. One thing, you should be aware of the software and operating system compatibility to avoid errors.
