Reaper Software Missing Files Error

Hello all

I was trying to organize the music folder on my system  the other day.

I deleted some files which were not important for me.

Now when I open reaper for multi track recording and editing of my audio, most of my files end up saying that I need to replace a missing file.

It gives me 2 options to browse for the missing file or ignore it.

Can anyone please tell me what should I do?

I can bet I have not deleted anything important from my system.

Waiting for your replies

Regards and best wishes

Jack

Reaper Software Missing Files Error

The Reaper.exe file is usually found in the Windowssystem32 folder on your computer which is the default path where this file is meant to  execute from.

But in some unfortunate cases, some undetected spyware on your computer may be the ones responsible for the reaper.exe file errors that you are getting for they are placing a file with the similar name.

Another possible cause of the problem could be an uninstallation of a program that could have been performed incorrectly or did not complete well.

What you will therefore need to do to fix the error is the following:

  • Make sure that you have a strong antivirus software application installed on your computer, and it should be updated too.
  • Perform a full scan of your system to find the spyware and viruses on your computer that may be causing the errors and remove them.

Hope this helps.

Carl
