Reading MS Outlook Files in Linux

I do not know if this is possible. But I am trying to read MS Outlook Files in Linux and I do not have Microsoft Outlook. Is there some other way of being able to accomplish this? I really would to use something besides a Microsoft program on my system. Any suggestions appreciated.

Reading MS Outlook Files in Linux

Below I have listed 2 options that can help you view emails in Linux.

1. Coolutils Mail Viewer

This program lets you view files saved as .msg and .eml formats.  It lets you open and view these types of files from anywhere.  To get started with Coolutils Mail Viewer, download the program, launch the email viewer, find the .msg or .eml file you want to view and click on it.  You can also copy, move and delete selected emails.

MessageViewer Online is an online website that allows you to view email messages in .eml, .msg and winmail.dat file formats.  You can also access the email attachments if any are present.  Features include: Supports HTML, Outlook Rich Text formatting and Plain text email types, you can view contact, tasks, appointments etc.  It also has a desktop application to try.
