Hello all, I want to ask about the Outlook resource scheduler. I have already defined a resource account. Now, all I wish to know is how to directly book an appointment to the resource?

Read About Outlook Resource Scheduler In Detail.

1. First, click on calendar.
2. Under Actions menu, click on Plan A Meeting.
3. Then, in Plan A Meeting window, click Invite Others.
4. Now, in Type the name or select from the list field, input the person’s name that you want at the meeting.
5. For every name, click either Required, Optional, or Resources.
After that, click OK, and use the scroll bars to see the free/busy time for all invitees.
6. Now, click a time when all the invitees will be available.
7. Finally, click Make Meeting.
