Random audio on bootup of Windows 7 home addition

Hey guys,

When I boot into windows 7 home addition random audio such as random chat, commercials and all kinds of crazy audio starts out of nowhere.

There is no where I can find to shut it down.

 I have run Malware bytes and it has found a few things but when I try to delete and restart, the computer just sits there with a blank screen.

Hi Michael,

It sounds like you have a bad case of virus infection on your computer. You will need to comb through your programs and check for any software that you do not recognize and uninstall all of them. After you do this basic step, install a good free antivirus solution like AVG and scan your system. As a preventive step, please keep updating the antivirus software and scan you system regularly. Do not click on any ads when you browse the internet.

Hi Michael,

Because installing and run “Malware” I think your computer is virus affected. To get unauthorized access to a private PC, hackers are used this software. You should to remove all CDs, Floppy Disks and DVDs from your computer and then restart. To restart your computer, follow the steps like > Before the windows start-up logo appears Press and hold F8 for restarting your computer > When appear Advanced Option screen then select Startup Setting and click on Restart > Press Enter after highlight Safe Mode with Networking by arrow keys.
