Questions regarding jalbum installed in iPad

I have two questions and problems regarding jalbum, which I just installed on my friend’s iPad. First is, “Why is it that I can only see only one of the three albums in the PC app in jalbum on the iPad?” The second would be, “why is it that I still have to log in, in order for me and my friends to see my albums on the iPad?”

Hi Bradden,

      The reason why you didn't see your other albums in the PC app in the jalbum on the iPad is because you might probably hide your album in your page.  The reason why  you have to log in whenever you are viewing your album is that you probably set your album to password-protected.

Hi Bradden,

When you open Flash albums in iPad, it has no capacity to open pictures having hover effects or etc. Unfortunately, iPad and Flash players have issues to work together.

This is not the issue with iPhone though because servers convert these albums to mobile support-friendly albums.

I will advise you to follow following steps –

1. You might be using autoviewer skin to see your photos. Please use skins specially made for iPad like Improved Slide Show 3 or 4 Skin or

2. You can also use iSwiffter or AlwaysONPC apps to see albums which use Flash but it would be terribly slow.

Regarding your second question, your albums are not shared with your friends please follow these steps –

1. Go to profile page,

2. Select Edit option,

3. Change the privacy options to visible to members only.
