Dear Amiixisclz,
Pic c is a tool used for programming Micro-controller in C language , Programming micro controllers by using assembly language is very difficult and hard some micro-controllers are Electronics installed on only one single chip for controlling a small machine or even escalator you can put the programs for this electronic chip using Pic c tool.
To do this You will need, first any program to compile and another simple device for transferring the code from the PC to your-chip itself.
