Hello. My mobile turned unresponsive, and the reason behind the issue is still unknown. I already have a backup of the stored files and folders and hence want to enquire about how to reset iPhone 5 s.

Greetings! Do not worry. Simply follow the instructions mentioned below on how to reset iPhone 5s. Since something does not seem to be working right on your iPhone, try restarting your iPhone. To restart it, press the sleep/wake button till the red slider is visible on your screen. Slide it across to turn off your iPhone.

If you are unable to turn it off, or if the problem continues to exist, reset your iPhone. To reset your mobile press the sleep/wake button as well as the home button, simultaneously, for a period of ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
