Hi guys,

I received an error message while viewing a PDF file with the QTO Hot fix 1. Have a look at the error message below. What does it mean? However, it stopped working throwing this error message. Have you any idea for the issue? Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Nelson,

The error message displayed meas one of these:

1. The file may be damaged or corrupted. If this is so, QTO won't be able to read the file. You'll have to get the uncorrupted file for QTO to be able to read the file.

2. QTO might not be installed properly. In this case, I'd suggest you reinstall the program.

3. This problem could have been caused by a virus. Upgrade your antivirus software and scan your system for viruses.

Since you're trying to view a pdf file, I'd recommend you use another pdf reader to view the file. A good example is the Adobe reader. It's readily available and works fine on almost every system. You shouldn't have any trouble using it. You can download it for free here:

I hope I have been of help to you in solving your problem.
