Really Simple Syndication or RSS can be easily added to your blog on Blogger.com.

Once you're logged in and on Blogger Dashboard already, click on the Layout option of the blog you want to add an RSS button. The graphical layout of your blog will be displayed. Now choose where you want to add the RSS button then click on "ADD A GADGET" or "ADD PAGE ELEMENT".

A new window will open with a list of elements that you can add to your blog. Scroll down till you find the "FEED" icon and click "ADD TO BLOG" or the "+" sign beside the icon.  Follow the format below to configure your feed.

Full site feed:
Atom 1.0: http://blogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
RSS 2.0: http://blogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

Save it . The feed that you just added usually shows up on the top left or top right of your blog. But you can change its position by dragging the rss element on the desired slot on your blog's layout. When you are satisfied with the position, save it.
