I need to know more about remote access software, PROXY Pro Workstation Edition 7. I am planning to purchase a tool that will help me to access or control another computer through the internet for the purposes of troubleshooting and accessing data. Please provide me details on PROXY Pro Workstation Edition 7 or any other alternative tool that will help me.

I haven't been using the PROXY Pro Workstation for my remote control but I've been doing a little googling for you. If you go check this website
you'll see that among top 10 suggested remote access control software proxy pro workstation is not even mentioned.
But that might not be the most accurate graph, but it's sure worth considering what other options you have.

What I and my friend have been using is TeamViewer. Check the link. It's free software for private uses and you can try it out to see if it fits your purposes. I think you will be quite satisfied. And if you like it you can buy the corporate version.
