I have some my personal files and folders which are located in any drive and I am using Windows XP.
So I desire no other user can delete the files/folders. So there is any way to protect and safe them.
If you are the owner of the computer and you allow multiple users to access you computer, you are in the big risk. I recommend creating two users to protect your personal files/folders from multiple users. To create two users, please follow these steps:
1. Click "Start menu" then hit "Control panel".
2. When you are in control panel explorer, click "User Accounts" with an icon             .
3. After performing the step 2, click "Guest" with an icon
 
then turn the guest account on.
After performing the steps, you completed creating two users which are Administrator and Guest, but you are still in a risk so please make sure that your Administrator account has password protection. To protect you from accessing your Administrator account, here are the steps to do:
1. Go to control panel explorer then hit "Create a password for your account".
2. Then when you are in the explorer after performing the step 1, make sure to follow the instructions on how to confirm your desired password. (Take note: make sure that you memorized your password.)
Through this method you are safe from deletion, transferring of files/folders, and sharing of files/folders from multiple users.
This thing is very secured and safe for you.
