Kindly help me find a solution for this. I want to protect just a part of one document, and I have searched for the same in help but nothing found to do this. If anybody knows this, please help me.

There are many file protection program available in the internet today and it's all free. I can refer A+ File Protection Program, this is safe and secure, with password protected. This are the feature of this program:
1. Hide Files Effectively.
2. Password Protected.Â
3. Launch this file in all Platform (WINDOWS,LINUX,REDHOT).
4. Encrypts all files in all types.

Protecting one part of the document
You could protect form changing and prevent other users to change the form fields so that other users can only view and fill in the information in particular areas.

Go menu of ‘Tools’  and choose ‘Protect Document’ and ‘Forms’. Create and type in a password so that only the users who enter the password correctly can change the form or remove the protection.  If any users who do not have the password can still fill in data in form fields.

Then choose OK to protect the entire form. If you intend to protect certain parts of the form, those parts must be in a separate section.

Choose Section and clear the boxes of those sections which are not protected.
One more thing.

To protect the form or remove the protection quickly, find Forms toolbar, click ‘Protect Form’.
