Program Error Load Resource (0.53) on Malwarebytes

While downloading Malwarebytes, I got an error message saying: “Program error load resource: (0.53) report this error code to our support team. ” I just clicked the OK button because it did not further tell me on how to submit the error to their support team, and it finished the installation successfully.

But I got the same error message when I tried to run my newly installed antivirus. I downloaded and installed the free version of Malwarebytes with my Windows XP computer. And also, I am using Mozilla Firefox when downloading Malwarebytes in my Dell 3000 laptop. Please help me figure out what is wrong with my installation.

Hi,

Before going for further investigation or solution, you need to add MALWARE bytes in the trusted application on your firewall (windows or any other). Also add the following in the trusted site in your browser security settings: data-cdn.mbamupdates.com

Now open the control panel, Add/Remove programs, and uninstall MALWAREBYTES anti malware.

Re-Start your laptop

Download mbam-clean.exe and run this program – Again Re-Start your system

Now disable your antivirus software, and download and install the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. (Make sure you are connected to the internet during installation.

Now Lunch the program, and finish setting up of protection and registration process.

Now Again Re-Start your system. Your MWAM should be operational. If you still have issues then visit the official forum of Malwarebytes.

Thank you for the help. I ddnt know thats how simple it is just have to uninstall and reinstall my malwarebytes. Great help Techyv Expert.
