I have some black frames ;I am asking if there is a program tutorial showing how to cut black frame in video, instead of editing myself it really needs time.

Are you using any Video Editing Software?
I would suggest using AVS Video Editor.
It is free and can remove black borders.
Just change the aspect ratio before editing.
It should remove the black frames.
There is no need for a tutorial because it is easy,
From the AVS Video Editor software, go to 'Edit', 'Aspect Ratio', then choose the ratio of the source file.
